About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Our Standards

Safety and professionalism are at the core of our operations. Drivers must safely operate delivery trucks, follow DOT regulations when applicable, and company safety policies. You will maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers is key to success in this role.
