Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and available to consumers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck. You will deliver products to assigned stores, unload merchandise, and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked. Throughout the day, you must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures, and delivery procedures while maintaining a professional and DOT regulations when applicable, ensuring you meet all delivery and stocking deadlines.
