About the Role

FedEx is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery vehicles and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on assigned routes. This position is designed for individuals who can work independently throughout the day, maintaining a professional appearance while representing the company.

Day in the Life

As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for loading packages into delivery vehicles and following assigned delivery routes. Your day involves delivering packages to homes and businesses, obtaining signatures when required, and using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries.

You will communicate with dispatch regarding route progress and perform vehicle inspections to ensure safety. Drivers must adhere to company safety policies, delivery procedures, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations when applicable. Meeting daily delivery quotas and maintaining delivery schedules are key aspects of this role.
