About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route.
Day in the Life
As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to transport products to your assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.
Beyond logistics, you will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures, and adhere to DOT regulations when applicable. Meeting delivery and stocking deadlines is essential to keeping our stores well-stocked and our customers happy.
