About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations well-stocked and fresh. In this position, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products along an assigned route, ensuring that our brands reach customers efficiently and reliably.

Beyond driving, the role involves hands-on merchandising and customer engagement. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. Building promotional displays and maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff are key components of the daily routine. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores meet company merchandising standards.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

This full-time position typically offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. The role includes opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
