About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with ensuring your vehicle is ready for the road. As you navigate your assigned route, you will be responsible for safely operating the delivery truck and adhering to all DOT regulations when applicable. Upon arriving at each location, you will unload product and work diligently to stock shelves and displays, ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
A key part of your responsibility is maintaining product freshness by rotating stock and building attractive promotional displays. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy. Throughout the day, you will interact with store managers and staff, maintaining a professional and positive relationship with customers and store personnel is essential to your success.
