About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping our products fresh and available to customers. In this position, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route.
Day in the Life
Your day involves more than just driving. You will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and quality. A key part of your role includes building promotional displays and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
Beyond the physical aspects of the job, you will track inventory and complete route paperwork. A significant portion of your success in this role depends on maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. You will also be responsible for following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.
