Delivery Driver - CDL A

About the Role

As a Driver, you will be the face of our brand at local convenience stores, gas stations, and small supermarkets. This position is more than just driving; it is a dynamic role where you deliver products to an established route or via dynamic dispatch, handling an average of 15-20 stops daily. You will be responsible for the entire delivery lifecycle: driving the vehicle, unloading goods, and bringing products into the store.

Once on-site, your day involves ongoing rotating and stocking of products on shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers. You will build displays and set up promotional materials like pricing signs and banners to ensure products look attractive. The role requires frequent interaction with store management to build positive working relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also handle administrative duties such as generating invoices and settling daily cash and charges.

This is a labor-intensive position that requires physical stamina. You will be lifting, loading, and pushing or pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly throughout the day. The work involves reaching, squatting, and bending while merchandising in-store and delivering across a wide variety of weather conditions. During peak seasons, such as summer, the role may require longer work hours to meet service demands.

Hiring Process & Background Checks

Because this role involves regular field work and interaction with the public, vendors, and customers, safety is a top priority. Following a conditional offer of employment, the company will conduct a review of your criminal history in accordance with applicable laws. A conditional offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. The company will also verify your education, employment history, and motor vehicle or driving history.
