About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in the greater Columbus area. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, safely and efficiently transporting products to our customers while ensuring every delivery arrives in good condition.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve navigating pre-set routes using GPS, adapting to local traffic conditions on major arteries like I-270 and I-71 to ensure on-time arrivals. You will be responsible for loading, organizing, and securing inventory to prevent damage, followed by professional interactions with clients to obtain signatures and handle any delivery concerns. Between stops, you will conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keeping the company vehicle clean, refueled, and compliant with all Department of Transportation safety regulations.
