About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our commitment to safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. Your day will involve collecting solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting them to post-collection facilities. Beyond driving, you will interact with the public to answer questions, ensure customer sites remain clean, and uphold our high standards for safety and quality. This role is essential to our mission of enabling sustainable solutions for the communities we serve.
