About the Role
A Delivery Expert serves as the face of the company during last-mile logistics, ensuring the timely, safe, and customer-focused delivery of goods. This role is dynamic, shifting between the road and the store to support seamless operations.
When not on delivery runs, the Delivery Expert plays a vital part in in-store activities. This includes order preparation, inventory management, and direct customer service. Daily tasks involve taking orders, bagging and tagging items, answering phones, distributing carry-out orders and dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting on the makeline during peak times or when delivery capacity allows.
