About the Role
As a Delivery Dispatcher, you will be the central hub coordinating and managing events that impact the daily operations of our delivery drivers. Your primary mission is to strike a delicate balance between ensuring driver safety and meeting customer requirements on a daily basis. Success in this role is defined by your ability to provide robust support to drivers while collaborating directly with both internal teams and external customers.
You will operate within a collaborative environment designed to cultivate individual growth. This role requires you to make difficult, time-sensitive decisions that support broader business objectives, often acting as the bridge between load builders, field representatives, and customers to ensure scheduled work is executed seamlessly.
