About the Role
This opportunity is designed for leaders, program managers, and intelligence professionals with deep experience in Defense Readiness, Cybersecurity, Public Health & Emergency Preparedness, or Intelligence & Homeland Security. While this is not an immediate full-time employment (FTE) hire, you will be considered for fractional or project-based roles as we pursue targeted opportunities.
You will join a trusted internal talent network, positioned to engage as a named Key Personnel for new contract roles. Your impact will focus on:
- Providing strategic support for mission-critical programs in defense, health, or cybersecurity.
- Advising on modernization efforts across DoD, HHS, or DHS agencies.
- Developing insights on readiness, resilience, and federal performance reform.
As a member of our network, you may serve as a Named Subject Matter Expert (SME) on federal opportunities, co-design solution delivery models, or lead operational readiness and planning for defense and public health programs.
