The Owner Operator Experience

As an owner operator with F2F, you gain access to a suite of benefits designed to support your business. You will earn 80% of linehaul with weekly settlements and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. Additionally, we offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, along with general liability and cargo insurance coverage.\n We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection and offer virtual orientation. Drivers who maintain clean roadside inspections are recognized with awards, and Driver Advocates are available to support our partners.

How to Apply

To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Applicants with 5+ years of older verified experience may have non-driving employment in the 12 months prior to employment. A negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also require no DUI convictions in a CMV, and no DUI convictions in a non-CMV within the last 5 years. Driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years are generally not accepted, though consideration is given for recent medical certification issues.
