About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging workflow. Drivers can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching approximately $2,200 weekly.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, providing reliability for your daily routes. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your schedule and offer 24/7 driver support to assist you on the road. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The selection process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Safety standards are strictly enforced: applicants may have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, no more than two moving violations in the last two years, and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
