About the Role
Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver 100% touch freight with a focus on reliability and consistency. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady routine while earning an average of $1,450 per week. Drivers benefit from a modern fleet with equipment averaging just 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and efficient driving experience.
Compensation & Perks
In addition to competitive weekly earnings, new drivers can receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes comprehensive pay structures such as unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay. We also offer paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation upon hiring, and a tuition reimbursement program to support your professional growth.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire. Specific bonus qualifications and details regarding trip pay calculations (based on dispatched miles) are available upon discussion with a recruiter.

Requirements
