Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver, where you can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching $2,200. The role is designed for drivers who value consistent routes and reliable support, featuring newer equipment that averages just 18 months old.
Drivers in this dedicated lane enjoy comprehensive compensation structures, including unload, stop, and backhaul pay. We provide a supportive environment with convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist you on the road. To welcome new team members, we offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid orientation upon completion and hiring.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a review of your driving record, ensuring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and meet strict DUI/DWI and drug-related conviction standards.
Successful applicants will be required to pass a DOT physical and a drug test. Please note that drivers currently in the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program are not eligible for hire.
