Dedicated CDL-A Company Driver - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers a stable route with 100% touch freight, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less time waiting. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners averaging $2,200. The role includes comprehensive compensation for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety. We provide convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years.
