This position is integral to our production operations, focusing on the efficient processing and preparation of bacon products. You will work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. The role involves collaborating closely with the Bacon Roller and Crew Leader to ensure smooth workflow, proper inventory rotation, and adherence to quality standards. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong working relationships and maintain a respectful, approachable demeanor while handling essential duties such as positioning bellies, managing combs, and ensuring the Bacon Roller is supplied with the correct product.
