As a leader on the floor, you will provide professional development through ongoing coaching and motivate the team to optimize performance. Your day involves promoting safety constantly, ensuring proper scheduling, and maintaining compliance with company policies, food safety programs, OSHA guidelines, and GMPs. You will work in a dynamic environment that includes exposure to production lines, varying temperatures, and the natural odors of the facility.
