The Dean of Culture is a pivotal member of the school leadership team at Legacy College Preparatory High School. This role exists to drive strong student culture, which directly influences academic outcomes. As a Dean of Culture, you will build deep relationships with staff, students, and families while maintaining a thorough understanding of behavioral systems and their purpose.
In this day-to-day capacity, you will set standards for student interactions and uphold systems surrounding behavior.
