This position is vital to our distribution center's outbound operations, ensuring that merchandise is located, packed, and loaded with speed and precision. You will be the link between our inventory and our customers, responsible for matching item codes, consolidating stock orders, and securing freight for shipment. The role requires operating handheld computers and voice picking equipment while maintaining high standards for accuracy and productivity.
As a team member, you will also have the opportunity to step into a trainer role if you have experience, taking ownership of the DC target training program to help new and existing team members succeed. Safety is a core part of this position; you will be expected to maintain safety standards, identify unsafe practices, and keep the work area neat and clean.
