As an Assistant Teacher, you will follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. You'll maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. This role is designed for energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children who are ready to develop their ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
We believe in continuous learning. You will complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics to support your professional journey.
We offer competitive compensation based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options available. Full-time employees receive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), while limited medical is offered for part-time workers. Additional benefits include education assistance with tuition reimbursement and certification support, a 401K with company match, life and disability insurance, and a child care discount available to all employees. The work week runs Monday through Friday.
