About the Role
As the Day Shift Radiology Diagnostics Supervisor, you will serve as a vital leader supporting daily operations within Diagnostic Radiology. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality imaging services by overseeing day-shift technologists across the Main Hospital and Rutledge Tower.
In this position, you will partner closely with radiologists, nursing units, the Emergency Department, and OR teams to coordinate patient care. You will manage workflow and staffing to optimize efficiency, while providing real-time clinical guidance on imaging protocols and equipment operation. Beyond technical oversight, you will foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, serving as an escalation point for staff concerns and operational needs.

Hiring Process & Incentives
