About the Role
ECS is seeking a Senior Database Engineer to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. In this role, you will provide expert-level database architecture, design, and administration services to ensure the reliability and efficiency of ARNG Enterprise systems. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and scalable database solutions, aligning with DoD and Army standards.
This position plays a critical role in enhancing enterprise applications and mission systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the overall mission of the ARNG. You will provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and capacity planning while supporting enterprise data management initiatives.

Nice to Have

Strong leadership skills in technical troubleshooting and enterprise data management. Experience in supporting mission-critical systems within a DoD or ARNG environment.
