This full-time position serves as a vital support pillar for the Education Department, focusing on the accurate collection and entry of student data into the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database. The role is designed to ensure data integrity across education programs, facilitating grant reporting, contract compliance, and strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with the Data and Operations Coordinator, Learning Center (LC) coordinators, and senior leadership—including the Director of Learning Center Programs, Director of Adult Education, and Chief Programs Officer—to maintain consistent student records. Your work ensures that deadlines are met and that the ETO system expands effectively to meet the organization's growing needs.
Your day will involve a mix of data management, process improvement, and cross-site collaboration. You will collect and enter student data, perform routine file audits on enrollment documents, and maintain proper tracking of all related records. As the ETO system evolves, you will assist in its development and help create training tools and manuals to support the team.
A key part of your role involves developing efficient procedures for data collection across various education programs. You will also travel locally between sites to ensure seamless communication and data flow. The position requires a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail to manage complex reporting requirements for grants and funding while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Interested candidates should submit their application materials to be considered for this role. The selection process will focus on identifying individuals with strong administrative experience, proficiency in database management, and a commitment to the mission of supporting education programs.
