About the Role
As a Data Platform Engineer specializing in Redis, you will work alongside experienced engineers to support the Redis caching platform and its related tooling. This role offers hands-on experience with distributed caching technologies, allowing you to make a tangible impact on how these systems improve performance across the organization.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining Redis and caching services running on both virtual machines and Kubernetes environments. The position involves contributing to automation efforts, supporting day-to-day operations, and learning best practices for building robust infrastructure. You will assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Redis instances, deploying workloads using Helm charts, and executing operational runbooks for upgrades and maintenance.
Location & Work Model
This position requires an onsite presence. Only qualified candidates located near Austin, TX will be considered.
