This position serves as a critical technical leader within the Human Services sector, focusing on the complex migration of Medicaid data. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of data as it moves between legacy systems and modern platforms. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for conversion-related decisions, guiding the end-to-end lifecycle from planning and design through execution and validation.
In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day involves designing robust ETL/ELT processes for large, complex datasets, establishing conversion strategies that minimize operational risk, and ensuring all work adheres to CMS, state Medicaid, and contractual standards. Beyond individual contribution, you will mentor entry and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Candidates interested in this opportunity should submit their application through the official career portal. The selection process typically involves an initial review of qualifications followed by interviews focused on technical depth, domain expertise in healthcare data, and cultural fit. For candidates requiring assistance during any phase of the employment process due to a disability, medical condition, or impairment, please contact People Operations at applicantaccom@maximus.com.

Maximus complies with all regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds.
