About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential to maintaining and expanding our data center operations, ensuring that our physical infrastructure supports our mission with precision and efficiency.
In this hands-on position, you will be the backbone of our facility's daily operations. Your day will involve managing copper and fiber cabling, performing rack-and-stack installations for servers and switches, and maintaining rigorous documentation standards. You will work directly with hardware to ensure equipment is installed correctly and cabling is neatly routed, keeping our environment highly organized. Beyond routine maintenance, you will support data center build-outs and ongoing expansion projects while assisting with hardware troubleshooting and basic diagnostics.
