About the Role
This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, leading-edge database and applications environment. You will serve as a critical link in our data center operations, responsible for the physical installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise server infrastructure. Your work ensures that our hardware ecosystem remains robust, scalable, and ready to support our internal provisioning teams and cloud services.
In this role, you will navigate a complex ticketing environment supervised by multiple Oracle Cloud service owners. Your day-to-day involves hands-on work with structured cabling, fiber and copper infrastructure, and network switch equipment. You will be expected to troubleshoot Telco connectivity issues, manage asset inventory, and document your activities to build and modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role requires a balance of technical precision and clear communication as you coordinate with onsite staff and management to resolve critical events.

Requirements
