Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators
- check_circleManage the performance of diverse teams of data center operation professionals
- check_circleDevelop career paths for employees and update internal tools
- check_circleRecruit and train data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- check_circleAct as subject matter expert across all aspects of data center operations
- check_circleMeasure and meet all operational KPIs and metrics
- check_circleRecommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices
- check_circleManage day-to-day data center operations including queue management and shift arrangements
- check_circleManage large-scale events and outages as the call leader
- check_circleImprove workflows and throughput for data center operations

Requirements
- verified4+ years IT experience or Bachelor's in CS, engineering, math or equivalent
