About the Role
This position serves as a critical operational leader, managing the day-to-day duties of onsite Data Center Technicians (DCT) across one or multiple sites. The role exists to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for site infrastructure, coordinating with maintenance teams, contractors, and internal departments to resolve issues and drive efficiency.
The day-to-day rhythm involves overseeing a 24x7x365 coverage rotation, managing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring strict adherence to security policies. You will monitor infrastructure via the BMS system, manage construction projects, and handle emergency response procedures. While the standard working hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, the role requires flexibility to accommodate site projects and shift rotations. The environment includes normal office noise, occasional construction noise, and potential exposure to outdoor conditions such as docks, roofs, and equipment enclosures.
