About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead teams of 30–50 technicians in the installation and support of infrastructure within a mission-critical data center environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, with a strong focus on quality assurance, safety compliance, and meeting project milestones on time and within scope.
As the main point of contact between field teams and project management, you will bridge the gap between on-site execution and strategic oversight. Your day will involve supervising installation crews, conducting toolbox talks, and resolving field-level issues in real-time to prevent delays. You will also mentor crew members, coordinate logistics for materials and tools, and maintain accurate documentation of progress and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified5+ years experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments
- verified2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
- verifiedAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- verifiedWorking knowledge of ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and OSHA standards
- verifiedProven leadership managing teams of 30–50 workers
- verifiedComfortable using digital tools for reporting and task tracking (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
- verifiedOSHA 30 Certification preferred
- verifiedBICSI Technician or RCDD Certification preferred
- verifiedExperience with fiber optic and copper cabling installation standards
- verifiedFirst Aid/CPR Certification preferred
