About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead teams of 30–50 technicians in the installation and support of infrastructure within a mission-critical data center environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily supervision, quality assurance, and safety compliance are maintained while driving project milestones to completion on time and within scope.
As the main point of contact between field teams and project management, you will bridge the gap between on-site execution and strategic oversight. Your day will involve coordinating complex installation crews, resolving field-level issues in real-time to prevent delays, and mentoring crew members to foster a culture of safety and excellence. You will serve as the guardian of project specifications, ensuring that every racking, cable tray system, and power connectivity installation meets the rigorous standards required for mission-critical operations.

Requirements
- verified5+ years experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments
- verified2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
- verifiedProven leadership managing teams of 30–50 workers
- verifiedWorking knowledge of ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and OSHA standards
- verifiedAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- verifiedComfortable using digital tools for reporting and task tracking (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
- verifiedOSHA 30 Certification preferred
- verifiedBICSI Technician or RCDD Certification preferred
- verifiedExperience with fiber optic and copper cabling installation standards
- verifiedFirst Aid/CPR Certification preferred
