The Data Analyst serves as a critical bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. In this role, you will develop clear, well-structured analytical plans and transform complex datasets into actionable insights. As an organizational subject matter expert on data sourcing, you will ensure data integrity while maintaining compliance with rigorous security standards.
This position is designed for a collaborative team player who thrives on identifying efficient reporting solutions and establishing KPIs that validate the effectiveness of business solutions over time. You will work closely with management to prioritize evolving business needs, ensuring that data strategies align with organizational goals.
Your work will involve gathering and extracting data from various databases using tools like MS Excel, MS SQL, and Tableau. You will design, generate, and validate analyses of complex datasets to improve operational outcomes. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to creating visually clear and concise graphs and charts for presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Beyond analysis, you will manage and maintain designated reporting databases, potentially assisting senior analysts with broader database management. You will also be responsible for documenting methodologies, developing quality control standards, and performing routine data audits. Additionally, you will create training guides and data dictionaries, helping senior leaders and management utilize self-service tools effectively.
This position has some on-site duties. This is not a remote position.

Five years of related work experience. Ability to write SQL code using multiple tools such as SQL Server Management Studio or GUI programs that assist with developing queries and reports.
