The D365 Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our organization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking support and guidance, resolving both functional and technical issues that arise. As a key team member, you will work closely with various business units to understand their needs, identify pain points, and offer solutions that enhance their workflows.
This position requires a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen. You will need to understand how D365 is utilized in different business contexts—from Finance and Operations to Supply Chain and Sales—and translate technical solutions into tangible business value. Your day-to-day involves addressing user queries, troubleshooting system functionality, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business processes. You will also assist in the training and onboarding of new users, helping them become proficient in leveraging the system effectively for their daily operations.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you will act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, participating in system enhancements and upgrades to drive the overall growth and efficiency of the business. This is an on-site position located at our Tinley Park Corporate Office in Tinley Park, IL. The role operates on the 1st shift. While the majority of the work is performed at a computer, you may periodically need to visit the plant, where noise levels can be distracting and airborne particulates may be present.

Familiarity with SQL queries, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), and basic system configurations. Experience in ERP system implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Exposure with business processes within industries like manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or sales. Experience maintaining or replacing legacy systems written in VB and C#. Familiarity with ticketing/support systems for managing and tracking issues (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) or similar.
