About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned D365 Functional Consultant to lead critical initiatives within our Supply Chain practice. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, end-to-end implementation environments, specifically within the Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain sectors.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical solutions. You will be responsible for identifying existing business processes, uncovering opportunities for optimization, and managing the full lifecycle of requirement validation. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, ensuring that our clients achieve their operational goals through robust Master Planning, Planning Optimization, Electronic Reporting, and Data Management Frameworks.
Beyond technical delivery, this role demands strong leadership. You will manage a team of professionals, focusing on their professional and personal development while navigating shifting priorities and client needs with flexibility and precision.
Hiring Process
Candidates meeting the core experience requirements will be invited to a series of interviews designed to assess both technical depth and cultural fit. The process includes:
- Initial screening to verify experience with D365 Supply Chain and Retail POS.
- Technical deep-dive focusing on gap-fit analysis and solution design.
