About the Role
The Cybersecurity Service Catalog & Governance Specialist serves as the central liaison between the Cybersecurity function and the broader Services & Transformation Services team. This position is critical for maintaining an evergreen Cybersecurity Services catalog, ensuring that leadership and stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information across the Cyber Fusion Center, Business Information Security Officers, GRC, and Security Engineering.
Beyond maintenance, this role drives automation efforts to streamline customer-facing services and fosters a culture of service excellence. You will act as a proactive problem-solver, analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategies that align with a value-driven, customer-centric mindset. The role also involves supporting annual program benchmarking, internal capability assessments, and the formulation of strategic roadmaps to evolve cybersecurity services.
