About the Role

As the Cyber Operations Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure resources, personnel, and processes align with performance targets and service-level expectations. Based in Ridgecrest, CA, this onsite role serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders, overseeing contract execution, resource management, and Cross Domain Solution (CDS) operations.

You will be responsible for resolving operational challenges, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements to maintain efficiency and continuity. A key part of your mission is translating strategic objectives into structured workflows across engineering, Information System Security Officers (ISSO), and field teams, ensuring seamless alignment across all organizations. This is a journeyman-level position where you will perform all functional duties independently while growing into a senior leadership role.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI is preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship and a successful security investigation. The interview process will assess your technical expertise in cybersecurity architecture, project management capabilities, and cultural fit within our engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

verifiedMinimum of 3-10 years of experience in IT project management
