About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security (RMF) Subject Matter Expert to join our team in our Washington D.C. office. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal leader in Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, ensuring compliance with federal standards including NIST SP 800-53. You will leverage your expertise in Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and STIG compliance to drive continuous monitoring and vulnerability management across complex IT systems.

Your day-to-day will involve leading the implementation of security controls, conducting risk assessments, and developing actionable mitigation strategies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain security policies, prepare detailed reports for senior management, and mentor junior analysts to foster skill development within the team. This position requires a deep understanding of Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) and ISSO responsibilities, allowing you to guide secure design, architecture, and coding techniques throughout the System/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to be considered for this position. The role requires certification to meet the requirements of DoD Directive 8140.01 for the relevant PWS tasking. Please note that this position is based in Washington D.C.
