About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse to join our team and provide specialized perioperative care for cardiovascular and thoracic surgical patients. In this position, you will function as a circulator and/or scrub nurse, playing a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures. Your work will involve vigilant monitoring, precise documentation, and close collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the broader OR team.
As a key member of the surgical team, you will serve as a vital link between the patient, the medical team, and the facility. From maintaining sterile fields and ensuring equipment readiness to educating and supporting patients and their families pre- and post-operatively, your contributions will be essential to the success of every procedure. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives, furthering our mission of excellence in patient care.
