About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to provide expert perioperative care for patients undergoing complex cardiac and vascular procedures. This role is vital to ensuring safe, efficient surgeries in high-stakes environments. You will serve as a key member of the surgical team, circulating and scrubbing in the cardiovascular OR while managing hemodynamic monitoring and maintaining strict sterile technique.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff to navigate intraoperative changes and support patients and families through the surgical process. Beyond clinical duties, you will document care accurately in the EMR and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
