About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, you will be vital to our mission of strengthening connections between our company and residential customers. In this role, you will provide inbound support, troubleshoot internet and voice technical issues, and handle basic billing inquiries. Schedule and Requirements

This position is 100% on-site. The training schedule runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, starting July 10th, 2026. After training, schedules will be on the 2nd shift, requiring a minimum of one weekend day, with start times ranging between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. You must be able to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
