Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with the patience to help customers and a knack for providing friendly service? As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair at Spectrum, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Every day, your work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers.

You will be the voice of a Fortune 100 company, representing our brand while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services. Your day will involve interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, and subscriber challenges. You will work in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team, navigating computer systems and learning about our business in a fast-paced setting.

Hiring Process and Application

Important Eligibility and Location Requirements This position is onsite only (not hybrid or remote) and requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Training and Schedule Extensive training is provided for 13 weeks, running from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The class starts on June 23, 2026. After completing training, you must be flexible to work a schedule of 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with two weekdays off.

Compensation The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums, and certain positions are eligible for additional forms of incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
