If you are a customer service-minded champion, we are hiring Customer Support Representatives (Financial Customer Associates) for our Covington site. This full-time position is designed as a springboard to an amazing career where you change the lives of customers every day.

In this role, you will help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams. You will assist with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about 401(k) account balances, facilitating withdrawals and loans, handling account maintenance, and providing educational resources. You do not need a finance background to succeed; we are committed to investing in you by strengthening your skills, experiences, and connections to help advance your career at Fidelity.

What to Expect

As a new Financial Customer Associate, you will learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences through a structured journey:

• Training Cohort: During the first 14 weeks, you will join a cohort of associates. You will start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to client 401(k) plans.
• Skill Development: In the subsequent months, you will continue taking customer calls to hone your skills. You will also have dedicated time away from assisting customers to join team activities, access well-being support, and receive career coaching.
• Recognition: Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress through the program.
• Work Model: This is a full-time hourly phone position. While the core role is based in the office, there is flexibility to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. Shifts run Monday through Friday, with training hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Post-training, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM EST.
