If you are a customer service-minded champion, we are hiring Customer Support Representatives, known as Financial Customer Associates (FCA), at our Merrimack site. This full-time position allows you to apply your skills and knowledge in a significant way every day to help others. The FCA role serves as a springboard to an amazing career where you change the lives of customers by helping them feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams.
In this role, you will assist with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about 401(k) account balances, helping with withdrawals and loans, managing account maintenance, and providing education or resources. You do not need a finance background to succeed; we commit to investing in you by strengthening your skills, experiences, and connections to help advance your career at Fidelity.
What to Expect
As a new FCA, you will learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences. You will join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, progressing from basic customer calls to more sophisticated calls related to client 401(k) plans. In the subsequent months, you will continue taking customer calls to hone your skills, with dedicated time away from assisting customers to join team activities, receive well-being support, and engage in career coaching. Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress through the program.
This is a full-time hourly phone position that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. The role requires flexibility to balance working from the office and home, as well as overtime. Shifts run Monday through Friday. Training hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and post-training, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM EST.
