About the Mission

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a vital link between operations, the sales team, and hospital partners, ensuring that clinicians receive the supplies they need when they need them.
About the Role
In this position, you will work directly with operations and sales to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners. Your day will involve coordinating daily with local sales representatives on equipment orders, planning, and support. You will be responsible for safely loading, securing, and transporting life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
You will also manage the logistics of the branch warehouse, helping to service, ship, and receive equipment. This role requires the ability to work unsupervised, manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries via our company portal, and maintain a neat appearance in a company uniform. You will adhere to strict operations processes and quality management system standards while participating in business planning and professional development sessions.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to pass a DOT certification and physical. The position requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record for the past 3 years and the ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed.
