We are seeking a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients and their furry friends.
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort. You will greet customers with a smile, answer questions about our boarding, grooming, and daycare services, and help manage the daily rhythm of our front desk. Your day will involve coordinating with our back-of-house staff to ensure dogs are safely escorted to play areas or kennels, while maintaining a clean and organized office environment. You will serve as the bridge between our clients and our team, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to care and professionalism.
