About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail setting. You will be the face of our station, providing exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking every customer with courtesy and eye contact. Your day will involve a blend of operational tasks, including conducting accurate point-of-sale activities for retail and fuel sales, managing cash drawers, and ensuring the station remains clean and inviting both indoors and outdoors.
You will also play a key role in our foodservice operations, preparing food and hot beverages while managing inventory to maximize sales and minimize loss. From promoting store specials to cross-checking delivered goods and restocking shelves, you will ensure the station runs smoothly. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to follow all established safety, security, and quality guidelines, report incidents immediately, and adhere to all local and federal laws regarding age-restricted products and food handling.
