We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as a vital liaison between our customers and the company. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering outstanding service, managing accounts, and providing administrative support to our Sales Department. You will handle inquiries via telephone and email, resolve account conflicts, and process credits and exchanges. This position offers an immediate opening with on-the-job training, allowing you to grow within a dynamic environment where you will work collaboratively with the team while also managing tasks independently.
